Encourage Registrations
Proactively motivate students, faculty, and other stakeholders in your college to register for the conference. Maintain a record of the registrations driven by your efforts.
Promote the Event
Actively share event details, posters, and updates across your college's social media platforms, notice boards, and student groups. Encourage your peers to participate in the conference.
Engage Your Community
Conduct informational sessions or discussions to highlight the importance of sustainability and green practices. Address queries about the event and provide guidance.
